Reimbur*****t of Data

Mtn has new data bundle orders for My home wifi and work from home. I bought the work from home wifi and it worked just fine. I then bought the my home thinking its the same thing but unfortunately i cant be able to access the internet.. I am impacted as i need to use my data that i purchased mainly cause i need to use the internet. Please educate your users regarding such issues.. I then called the call centre and they told me they cant help me.. This is unexceptable my numbers are ***. I am a loyal customer and i have the right to getting the correct data to be reimbursed to me as it expires in 7 days
