Reimburse my bundles.
Reimburse my 2GB bundle, should I be incorrectly billed next month I will reverse the payment and pay R299 Huawei P20 and 399 Samsung you do the Math.. how is it that after the bundles were pending on the network and once loaded they are used by default? Should my account get affected by this pathetic service I will take this further and trust me I have all the time in the world. I bought the data on Sunday only to be loaded Monday morning then once I wanna use them I am told its used by default, totally pathetic..

I appreciate your response I would appreciate if this matter is resolved. I had to purchase more data as I use this phone for business hence I was surprised that i 3GB to deplete in an less than an hour whereas 1GB lasts close to two weeks.
