You can cite 'ICASA regulations' to your heart's content, we know it's just because you're losing revenue. After years of overcharging on voice and SMS, you're finally being sidestepped and you want to continue, so you're going to try legislate.<br> <br> Actions I will take if you proceed further:<br> 1.
