REGULAR PAYMENTS FOR NO SERVICE

We recently purchased 2 modem contracts and added them to our existing cellphone contract. This is easy to do at any MTN shop until your service gets suspended due to an insufficient credit limit, although we sympathise with the recent MTN strike we have been trying to get this sorted out for the last 2 months and this can't be sorted out at any MTN shop or the call centre .<br> So you are paying for a service that you can't use, and can't sort out and you can't suspend payment for service not received as this will result in a bad credit rating for you. Surely your credit limit should be checked before you are sold a contract which you are tied into for 2 years.
