Regret upgrading with mtn

Had an upgrade with Mercer wizard and i can use it because it keeps asking me to sign in, when I try to click on sign in it just direct me to screensaver. Called mtn customer care line was told by thandeka to take it to MTN store, I took it to mall@carnival was given numbers to call East Rand mall to check for a technician if he’s in or off they didn’t bother to check for me. Called East Rand mall mtn 18 times no picking up, the very same time went to East Rand mall mtn when I got there was told that the technician is off will come back Tuesday. The lady I was speaking too did not even ask what problem do I have nor notify me which days is the technician in. I have never used my laptop to this day yet my account is debited already. I regret ever upgrading with MTN so disappointed for over 5 years with them 😡😡
