Regret upgrading with MTN

I am sooooooooo disappointed in the service I have been receiving at mtn regarding my upgrade. I upgraded my 2 lines but I have been receiving incorrect and short data from the beginning its now more than 4 months, numerous emails, complaints nothing gets done, but my money gets debited every single month without any hassles.
