Regret the day I walked into MTN store

I had a contract with Mnt in 2018/2020 for a modem. I was paying 240 through debit order. When the contract ended I called and told them I'm not interested with continuation of contract. My account was debited with R1200 out of the blue. I reversed it. Went to the shop to check why was I debited with that amount no answer. Years later now, I'm handed to the lawyers and all kinds of debt collectors. I reached to them they moved me from 1 department to another. Until I spoke to some guy by the name of Lesego Tsele from credit management. He promised to draw my previous statement and to email to me. He even gave his email address which he confirmed he received it while we were still on phone. Now he has been ignoring my emails.
