Registering services without permission
This morning I received an SMS stating that I have registered for MTN gamer plus. I have not registered for any such service . Cancel this immediately, I refuse to pay for something that I did not request.

We apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced with our deliveries. We completely understand the frustration it has caused.
Kindly note that when checked under the number supp**** in the information tab,there is no billing as yet as the invoice will close off on the 13th of July. Please note that a mail will be sent to the email supp**** to advise on how to remove this service completely as premium rated calls & SMS's will be barred once activated.
Let me assure you that we highly value your time and our business relationship. We will strive to ensure that this error is not repeated in the future.
