REFUSING TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT! I GAVE THEM 60 DAYS NOTICE!!

I terminated my contract on the 20/11/2023 I was told that I need a 30 day calendar notice . I was told that they will debit me for November and December and that will be the last premium and a consultant was gonna call me to confirm termination NOTHING HAPPENED! No one contacted me . 2024 comes I went to their Brooklyn branch , those useless consultants could not even assist me . They told me that the contract will be cancelled and I will never be billed again! SHOCK of my life today I got an email that R620 will be debited from my account ! MTN I don’t want to go to the ambunsman ! Don’t you dear take my money and cancel this contract! I do not need your poor services anymore! The home WIFi number is *** . I was debited in November and December please cancel this contract I told you guys on the 20/11/2023 !!!! Call me ***
