Refusing to pay insurance on a claim
Dropped my phone. It looked fine and was working. Then 2 months later when screen stopped responding couldnt figure out why. Only thing I could remember was dropping but if you look at the screen it lookd normal.
Phoned MTN was honest on my claim application and they come back saying they cant fix it because its out of the 30 days.
Any reasonable person wouldnt have known to report the issue UNTIL THERE WAS AN ISSUE.

24 Jan 2018, 11:12Guys - if you're with MTN insurance cancel it. They are completely useless. And in fact they take you're protests or enquiries quite lightly. Days to respond. Then when you want to cancel the service they're not even phased.
ur just one in a million. they can afford to lose you.
