Refusing to help with defective device

I Signed up for an S7 deal that came with a tablet and galaxy vr.

I just received the VR but it doesnt fit my phone, I then went to MTN to attempt to get it fixed, they told me they arent responsible for it and told me to go to samsung.

I then queried for the 3rd time about activating LTE on my phone and the guy who help me said on the system there had never been an attempt to register LTE, so I've spent 2 weeks being **** to by consultants.

I then went to Samsung and due to me not having a receipt for the VR as it came through Samsung rewards, they would not be able to fix it, but they told me they would fix my phone if i liked, even though the phone is fully functional.

For the last 2 months I've had nothing but incompetence, passing the buck and utter disregard from MTN.

I will be looking into legal action for false advertising of the tablet as well as the deal for the VR which apparently isnt part of the advertised package.
