Refusing to give me back my refund

Paid up a contract deal, account was over paid, been requesting a refund of the amount I over paid, all they do is take you from pillar to post with no assistance. They transfer you to all available departments and none of them deal with refunds because they were told to never refund customers. Don't take out any contract with these ****mers.
