Refusing to give bluetooth speaker and vouchers as advertised

I decided to upgrade with MTN as my current contract is paid. I decided on the Samsung A15 as the website showed that I get a Bluetooth speaker and R250 Takealot voucher with the upgrade contract sign up

It decided on the option adding up to a total of R219 per month for 36 months

When the consultant contacted me telephonically she went through the entire process of finalising the details

When I asked her about the bluetooth speaker and voucher she indicated that it was not available any more. It was only for Christmas

I indicated to her that nowhere om the site did it state that other was a Christmas deal

She said she would phone be back in 3 minutes time and it is now a week later

The customer complaints team also indicated to me that the deal os not available anymore but it has not been removed from the website
