Refusing to end contracts.

When my phone contract came to an end they kept on deducting. I called to remind them to cancel and they kept on giving me a run around. Their consultants are also in on it, they don’t care. Even after a million calls, I never got assistance. They ruin peoples credit scores and they do it ruthlessly. Now I can’t get a loan to sponsor my kids education because they apparently handed my account to collectors. I hope people never fall for this ****.
