Refusing to cancel the expired contract
My contract expired in April and I immediately requested the cancellation,I was told by the consultant that the cancellation will take 72 and I should make sure there's no credit on my phone as it will be forfeited when I migrate to prepaid.

The cancellation was not done and the billing was raised in May. I have made numerous calls requesting the credit to be processed with no luck.

MTN must be really in a mess for them to think I will pay for their incompetency.
