Refusing to cancel my contract

MTN is too arrogant, when i ported my number from Vodacom to MTN it went very smooth but now i want to port my number back to Vodacom, Mtn is playing a push back game, i was told to pay a settlement amount which i paid, now am told the system is not allowing them to cancel ***
