Refusing to cancel month to month contract

Took a 24 months MTN contract which came to an end on August 2025 then was on month to month because I was still looking for something a little affordable. Now I took another 24 months contract MTN home rooter. I called the cancellation department to cancel a month to month contract but the lady is refusing to cancel saying I must drive to the store to cancel which means I am stuck with two contracts until I am able to drive to the store🥺where will I get the money to pay for 2 home rooter?since I can’t get the store anytime soon
