REFUSING TO CANCEL EXPIRED CONTRACT CAN'T PORT

Regarding reference number ***5 and *** where it was requested that the contract, which expired on 15/09/2015 be converted to prepaid, why has it not been done? At this time as you refuse to do your job, you are committing ***** and theft, as you will charge the account holder for not following instructions. First Bongi told me it will be done in less than 24 hours on the 15th of September 2015 and yesterday Lewis told me it will be done in less that 24 hours. The contract has not been cancelled or converted at this time. Do your jobs, otherwise I will be contacting the Ombudsman for ***** and THEFT if I am unable to port my number to Vodacom by the end of today.<br> The sales person at the Herm**** branch is also under the impression that I will not be able to port for at least 3 months, as I need to stay with MTN prepaid for that period, which is untrue as I have read all the terms and conditions. They are spreading lies and refusing to do their jobs.
