Refusing to cancel contract

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Made 6 phone calls to them because I either get hung up on or get put on hold for no reason for the agents to hope I'd hang up. Every single person I spoke to was useless. Bandile in cancellations takes the cake, he hung up on us after hearing our story and he was extremely rude. Cobus Du Toit store manager at MTN table bay mall was useless as well and made us pay a very large amount that the agents in the call centre are not aware of. Says a lot about this ridiculous company. My main concern here is that they refuse to cancel my contract even though I paid for the cancellation in store. I’d much rather take my business else where after the horrid service i received from this company.
