Refusing to cancel contract and unauthorised debit orders

Terrible experience with signing my contract. They keep debiting my account even though they have confirmed that i finished paying off my contract in October 2025, never missed a payment. I went in store to tell them that I want to cancel, they offered me a monthly contract which i declined but since the end of my contract, I have been debited monthly. I’m not getting any benefits from MTN, my phones are paid off, I buy my own airtime and data so why am I being debited? This is negatively impacting my credit score. I want the unauthorised debit orders to my contract cancelled right now and the money that has been debited without consent returned. I WENT IN STORE TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT AND TOLD THEM THAT I DO NOT WANT A MONTH-TO-MONTH CONTRACT.
