Refusing to cancel contract after paying for 24 months.

I've never experienced such bad service, mtn refuses to cancel my contract after paying for 24 months, when I call the retentions department, it's either they hang up or they don't talk and that is frustrating. Now they want to debit my account month to month, even though I canceled a month ago.
