Refusing to Cancel contract

This is the worst service provider. I made a notice to cancel my contract two months before my contract expired and also sent emails a month before to ensure there are no excuses and today I got debited for a contract I was told was cancelled. I went to their frontline in Dainfern Square and they were rude telling me I must call again and it’s not their business. I do not recommend them, take a contract with them at your own peril. They have voice recordings of me spending 30 minutes on call to cancel just one contract. Worst service provider.
