Refusing to Cancel contract
MTN data contract has expired, the store claims they cannot cancel contracts and we need to call the call center at our own cost. We called the Call center from the store and the call is not answered after the 3 attempt and the 3rd time the call was cut off, we got a little Irate Moshe contacted the manager of the store who told him to give us the paper work to complete.<br> <br> After doing this paperwork, we are told the next day that we have the incorrect paperwork. This is a stalling tactic to try and charge more and delay peoples ability to cancel their contracts.<br> <br> I found the staff completely unhelpful and will never do business with MTN again.
