Refusing swim swap

For 2 weeks I have been trying to do a sim swap and no one at MTN is assisting . Are all staff members *********** when it comes to doing their jobs ? I am a business man and I need my number back . I have supp**** avidavit , certified ID copy and followed contradicting instructions from MtN staff but nothing seems to be changing . I want my number back . I refuse to lose my business because of MTN .
