Refuses to fix phone
MTN repair centre refuses to fix my husbands phone under warranty just because his camera is cracked, yet the LG G5 has a common issue of the screen splitting vertically - nothing to do whatsoever with the camera that is cracked. Now the second phone from MTN that they wont repair, First phone was LG G4 that they didn't fix MTN is useless - Once the contract is finished, will rather cancel and go somewhere else for a cellphone contract

Kindly note that a warranty does not cover you for any physical damage to your device. This is the terms to a warranty for all SP's in SA. The screen splitting issue with the G5 in not physical damage and you are correct in stating that it would not have anything to d with the camera cracking. I would suggest that you get your devices insured so that you would be covered in the event of any further physical damage.
