Refused to include prepaid sim

Phoned MTN on 01-12-2015 to enquire about stock of Samsung J1 mobile phone which I wanted to purchase cash on prepaid (Note this phone comes with free starter pack as advertised in the MTN pamphlet). When I went to the store to purchase the phone I was informed they do not have starter packs. When I brought it to Mietjies attention that there are starter packs hanging on the displays she said she cannot give me of those. And that the phone that she is selling to me is not prepaid stock but contract stock and do not come withh starter packs. She was willing to take my money for a phone that according to her was not a prepaid phone but refused to give me a starter pack as per advertised. Being a loyal client of this franchise for almost ten years if not longer and they could not give me a starterpack from the shelve does not say much about this companys loyalty towards their clients. I walked out without buying the phone and will never do business with them again.
