refuse to reverse migration that was done by thier agent giving me false information

I thought telkom is a nighmare but no im wrong MTN is the worse .Dont you ever take contract with them they sucks ,the agent doesnt give you correct information.You will be transfered from this department to another without getting and help im so annoyed to day been in contact with them i have four number but none of them helped me.135 number *** number *** none of them could resolve my query.
