Refuse to repair ipad under insurance
after numerous of calls emails and shop visits MTN just ignores and refuses to repair my Ipad after I have been paying insurance for nearly 3 years. MTN Business is easily the most useless bunch of individuals I have ever dealt with. I would recommend that no one ever upgrades with them.
