Refuse to install a booster

I live out in Harburg, and I do not have any signal in my house. So my husband phoned MTN from his phone as he is on Vodacom to explain the situation. All the lady could say to him was, your wife must phone from her phone then we can try and see how strong the signal is, the more he tells her that she cannot phone because she cannot pick up any signal in the house the more she carries on say his wife should phone. Then we went to a store asking if it would be possible to install a booster and they said we have to phone the customer help line. She also said that they don't install the boosters anymore, and we also told the lady that we already phoned the customer help line to explain the situation and they could not help us. Now my only solution is I change networks due to the fact that MTN refuses to install a booster in my house. I am not happy with any of MTN's services anymore, especially if this is how they treat their customers.

Good day Mike,

Well I am sorry to say but still nothing has happened with regards to the booster. Where I stay there is literally no signal for MTN. So it seems like I'll be changing over to Vodacom as you still haven't even contacted me other than just sending me a reply to apologize for the matter....but it's not good enough. How long do I have to be begging for you to put a booster in where I live. I cannot contact anyone unless I can use wifi but I cannot phone everyone over wifi or WhatsApp... it sure doesn't seem like you even putting an effort in to try and help me with my situation. But as I said...that's fine I'll just have to change over to Vodacom seeing as you don't actually give a damn about your customers.
