Refuse to give us service in waterfall mall rustenburg

my vehicle got ****** on 12 december my wallet and cellphone was in the vehicle...I went into the mtn stores in waterfall mall to tell them to stop my contract they said as the contract is on my fathers name he needs to write a letter...he did, unfortunately he is on holiday and could only send me copies i went into the other shop (number65) and gave the copy to the staff and they told me i need to go to the manager, the manager then told me they cant help me and refuse to help me as they will not talk to my father neither accept the letter my father send to me...the letter contained his id etc. I went back today(14 December 2017) and nobody wants to assist me in anything they ignored me. The staff is unpleasant and rude as i needed just someone to assist me and nobody could help me.
