Refuse to fix LG G4

<p>My LG G4 phone, after a year, just switched off. This seems to be a common problem of LG on the internet. (http://thedroidguy.com/2016/06/how-to-fix-your-lg-g4-that-wont-turn-on-or-boot-up- ********** )</p> <p>A s MTN is my service provider and I have a 24 month warrantee on the phone. I gave it in for repairs. </p> <p>HVRC Repairs sent the phone back and quoted me +-R3200 to fix. I asked them what is wrong with the phone, they never responded. </p> <p>Upon collection I asked MTN to check on the system why it was sent back without repairs. Once we checked on the system it stated that my phone had dents on the back, this was not indicated on any report except on the mtn system. </p> <p>As such there is no explanation or no argument.
