Refuse to communicate and continue to ignore contractual obligations

I was an Altech customer with an MTN contract. In March 2016 I was moved over to the MTN "family". My upgrade that was done in January 2016 and was to come into effect in April 2016 was captured on the system and is reflected on the MTN system. Part of this upgrade was migrating to a lower package, but MTN ignored this and continued with the original package at a higher cost. This was reported to MTN and the original Altech paperwork was produced as evidence. A copy of this was made in store. No response has been recieved from MTN with regards to this complaint.
