Refuse To Cancel

I need someone from MTN to phone me regarding a cancelation. You have changed the way cancelations work so many times I'm sure you don't even know anymore. I went in store to cancel a month ago and you delayed me by saying I need to come back when it's end of contract date. Today I go in again just to be told it can't be done in store and I need to phone in. Then I phone in and get placed on hold until the call drops. And did you phone me back? No you did not. I need a call back today to cancel. Enough with the delay tactics. Call today or I will cancel all contracts we have. Including my wife's contracts.
