Refuse to cancel deceased contract and failing to deliver any customer service

My wife passed away on the 27th of August 2022. So I went with all my documentation to cancel the contracts to the MTN branch in Kathu Village Mall. They blatanly refused to help me. They said I should call customer service on 083135. So I did, Twice. I holded on for 20 minutes on both occations and no one answered. Then I went to their website. They claim you should send the documentation to ***. So I did that aswell. I only received an automatic response that they received my email and that was that. No further contact or response have been received from their side. It has been 7 days. I stated in my email that they should cancel all contracts on her name becuase I cant take over the contracts becuase I dont have the money. My wife didnt have any life ensurance policies and we basically survived on her pay in a month. She suddenly fell ill and died in ICU. There is no money in her bank account and the bank account is frozen. So nothing can ever go off. She also dont have any assets to recooperate any money to pay her MTN contract. So please MTN why do you make it so difficult for the people left behind to assist in these matters. This circumstance is beyond our control and my wife have been a faithful client for years. Always paying on time. This service is unacceptable and plain rude. Why should any public citizen be treated in such a manner? The situation is difficult as it is already and you are making things even worse and complicated.
