Refuse to cancel contract
I currently have a contract with mtn which expires January 2016, i am however leaving the country December 4th went to n1 city branch to have then cancel the contract in january i agreed for deductions to go off till contract have reached its expiry date, they refused and said i can only cancel 30 days before termination date of contract!!!!! I will be on a ship from 6 December in Miami with no access to phones!!!! Why cant they submit my cancelation now and terminate the contract in January as i agreed for deductions to go off till then, surely i cant pay for something i dont use!!!!
