Refusal to cancell my Contract

I have been trying to cancel my contract with MTN, they gave me settlement amount and i paid it, they took the minutes and data, now it's all most two weeks am told the system doesn't want to cancel may contract, am stuck with the contract that has no benefits and I have paid settlement amount, I am loosing they gaining this is pure poor service
