Refusal to cancelinsurance and eny it has ever been requested
I have been tryiing for over 2 years to cancel insurance on a phone that I have not used in that time. every time I have sent an email or phoned I have been told there is zero record of any request and they just continue charging me. Phone their customer service and you get zero service . No idea how to proceed since they just refuse to ever actually log the cancellation and keepsaying no cancellation request has ever been logged. In the meantime two upgrades later I am still paying insurance on a phone that is not in use anymore...

All I get is denials I ever asked for this, get told the request is logged and when i try to follow up get the same lies and being told it was never requested. Your customer support gives zero assitance and just keeps on denying ti was ever requested while I cintinue to get charged for insurance I have been trying to cance for TWO YEARS!

02 Apr 2020, 16:57Now we ar ein April- and still, despite promises that the insurance would be removed- it remains on my bill, being charged. So two years of charging for something and refusig to remove it after being requested, then promising to remove it... and two months after that still being charged!
