Refusal to cancel my contract after straight 26 months.

Goodluck getting out of your contract with these guys. I left Vodacom to be with a bunch of *********** and crimal fools. I've been calling for 2 straight months and everyone keeps doing incomplete cancelations.

Everyone does not know what the hell is going on. Retention department won't call after over 300 talk minutes with their agents telling me the same thing "we'll get Retentions to call you"

Am taking this matter to the ombudsman!!!
