Refusal to cancel mobile Contract
Very bad experience..I had a 24 months mobile contract and my contract has lapsed in May and have requested for a cancellation on the contract but MTN refuses to cancel the contract and keeps on adding benefits to my simcard so they bill me on a month to month basis..I cannot afford to pay for these benefits because I have requested for the cancellation well on time but they keep stalling

21 Jul 2020, 03:31This number is somehow block by MTN..this started on the 13th july after the sim was migrated ti prepaid..really tired of this **** service from and their agenta that don't know their work..being paid for telling me things i already withour resolving my issue
