Refusal to cancel a paid-up contract

I cancelled my contract with Mtn on 26/11/2023 & I was given reference number Mtn insist that I must now pay a reduced amount on a contract that I canceled and after several emails with them they are refusing to cancel the co ntract that I finished paying last year .BA***
