Refusal to assist Customers with account disputes

On the Oct 2015, i was told by MTN Boksburg that my account was in arrears.<br> I made a payment of 4 x in order to bring the account up to date.<br> <br> Only to discover that in the course of November 2015, my account was now 16 x in credit.<br> <br> On the 6/11/2015, i spoke to Mahle<br> They promised me the within 7 days <br> Ref No: ***<br> <br> On the 27/11/2015, i asked for a refund from Jessica Brdenhann.<br> [Email Removed]<br> I was promised the refund into my bank account.<br> Ref No: ***5<br> <br> On the 8/12/2015, i spoke to Cassey.<br> A refund of the 12 x my credit would be paid into my account (FNB)<br> <br> On the 10/12/2015, i called customer care.<br> I didnt get the operator name, but another <br> Ref No:***<br> Also a refund within 7 Days.<br> <br> Today, again, back to the Boksburg branch and Chavaun, in which i was now told it is not their job to resolve refunds as they are not paid buy MTN, but by Standard bank.<br> Ref No: ***<br> <br> I have 12 x credit in my mtn account.<br> I want my money to be deposited back into my FNB account as MTN made a mistake on my statememnts.<br> <br> And secondly why bother having local stores in Boksburg if they cant resolve account issues.<br>
