Refusal of reimbur*****t

The worst service ever! They have been billing me twice and I called requesting for my refund and they said I have 2 contracts with them, they are the ones that advised me to cancel the 1st contract as I moved to a new place and their mtn fibre request us to cancel the old and buy into a new contract R980 every month and still no help!
