Refusal for a refund for a device I never used

Honestly they don’t even deserve a star. I cancelled my contract for a device that I returned on the same day because it was not what I ordered.I was forced to pay for two months while the phone was back with them. Now I want my refund I’m being told that my request is rejected, after I was told I would get a refund if I did use the SIM card. Absolutely ******* customer service
