Refusal Early upgrade
I upgraded my contract in 2015 January to a Samsung Tablet and a HP laptop as I didn't need a new phone then. I had previously bought a Samsung S3 and S3 mini when my contract originally started hence I didn't upgrade to cell phones. I called them 2 weeks back asking for an early upgrade as one device is broken, and because their terms and conditions state that they can grant a once off early upgrade as an exception. They however declined my request without a single thought even after I said their t&c state that they can grant it as a once off. I have attached a copy of the terms as per their website. I so can't wait for my contract term to finish in the next 9 months. Account no: A***

Kindly be advised that you qualify for an early upgrade as from the 21st month of your contract as per business rules. The system shows that you may upgrade both your numbers as from the 4th of September 2016.
