Good day
I have been calling MTN for a refund that is credit on my mtn account, I have been calling for over a month now! I was told the the first time they logged my refund and must wait 14-21 working days, I called within that period and heard nothing was logged and I must wait another 7-14 working days which ended on the 2nd of April 2019... I called yesterday and today hearing that it has been logged but there's no response to it!
Mind you if I may complain of the unprofessional call agents you have working in your call center that cannot put me on mute, talking about overtime or what food to order or what jive they going to be this weekend. Oh and another thing is when I request to speak to a supervisor I get put on hold for and hour???
