Refund still pending
I have spoken to many people. Been to MTN many times. This concerns a ********** aacount that MTN has refunded on my MTN account and I have made many requests for the money to be transferred to my bank account. The amount that should be transferred is R11112 for phone number ********** 469 and the last reference numbers I have are REF: ********** 125919 and 1-262/ ********** 4
