REFUND SINCE 02/02/2026

I have a refund due to ma as i made an upfront payment in 2024, i got an sms stating my contract ends in March , i then requested my refund, i was advised to send an email to *** on the 02/02/2026 i got a response that the support team will be in touch, an that didnt happen, i called agaion to enquire and i was asked for a BO number that i never recieved intially , we had to start the processs again on the 17/02/2026 and the BO number is *** , the customer service is something else. i was allso told i have a pending upgrade with MTN Edenvale that i never requested for...
