Refund request

I had a home internet contract with MTN which I had now cancelled and I was advised to email my bank statement with a proof of payment which I did and to date and six months later I still have not received and payment. Is MTN now running a scheme or being owned in a mafia style, their employees are now lacking moral, ethics and values as they careless about the customers. My Case Ref No: BO***
