Lets me put in simple terms, MTN don't care for anything was paying my account in of R310.51 but accidently ended up paying R31,051.00 immediately called my bank (FNB) which told me "MTN is public precipitants" my bank cant reverse the payment that should call mtn, which i did, gave me Ref: ***, Now second week running whenever call the call center they're telling me their MTN bank hasn't picked up the ticket. These big cooperates feeding the miserly of ordinary Citizen. Can financial intelligence or treasury please help so can have my money back because you made this mean company a public precipitants!
