Refund pending 10months
So i posted here two weeks ago about how i made a request for a refund from my MTN account to my bank account. sombody called me and promised me that the matter will be taken care of. One of my refence at MTN V&A is REF: ********** 125919. I was told to call 808 to check the status of my query. However 808 told me that they cannot check that reference number and that I should go to the store. At the store I am told that only the consultant who logged this query can help me and since he is not coming to work nobody can help me. In the meantime MTN keeps decducting money from my MTN account without any reason. Can i know when can I get the money on my account please???
